40 Weeks!

Well we made it. Eli is due on Monday!

I dreamed a dream in time gone by...

We went and saw Starstruck's production of Les Miserables tonight, and it was fantastic.

Long, but completely epic, with great vocals, it was everything I wanted it to be. I love outdoor summer plays with their warm nights and fun performances, the lights and the moon, and good company.

Getting Crafty!

My cousin's due date is getting closer, and I decided to make photo-ready pieces of wall art to help decorate the nursery. So these are my first attempts, designed and executed by yours truly!

But in this perfect world where nothing's perfect, I'm all alone.

Aside from working 8+ hours a day, I've been doing pretty random stuff, mostly time with friends and family, but I'm working on getting into some classes, planning a semester deferred, and working towards completing my random summer bucket list...

Birthday Festivities!

Whitney turned 21 on June 24th, so of course we got drunk that night (wish I had pictures of that!). And the morning after? You know us, we went shopping...

...and went to the fair...

...and had formal afternoon tea...

...which was followed by a viewing of Toy Story 3 and bed at last.

I loveeee her!

And I knew that somehow I could find my way back

Sean, Andie, Whitney, and I went in search of the infamous Pulgas Water Temple.

Clearly, we found it. What a beautiful day.

Two weekends ago I threw my cousin a jungle themed baby shower attended by friends and family:

Partially set up food table

Gifts, including a stroller

The ice cream cake I made

Mommy-to-be and her best friend Britnie

And of course the diaper cake I made

Eli David is due July 26th!
